I don't think Trump knows about my plan yet. I don't think he would be opposed to it at all. Why would any American be opposed to my Plan B? 10 phone calls gets the majority of the countries on notice, that if they don't stop this crap, sanctions are going to cloud up and rain all over 'em.

Of course he doesn't. Do you honestly think anyone on his staff would have the nerve to actually suggest such a ludicrous plan? Being laughed out of Washington is not something many would embrace. Everyone knows you can't hold an entire country responsible for the individual acts of its citizenry.
