The case: In April, five people were arrested after the Westside Interagency Narcotics Team searched a Beaverton residence and found several ounces of cocaine, two firearms and a small amount of methamphetamine.

Armando Garcia-Hernandez, 35; Lisa M. Fountain, 28; Fernando Ortiz-Valdez, 39; Carlos A. Rosales-Fimbres, 35; and Alejandro Salinas-Aguilar, 49, were booked in Washington County Jail.

Update: Garcia-Hernandez was charged with possession of a controlled substance-cocaine and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. On May 4, he pleaded guilty to the latter charge.

Rosales-Fimbres was charged with delivery of a controlled substance-cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine. An arrest warrant was issued for Ortiz-Valdez after he failed to appear in court April 30. Fountain pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine on April 21 and is serving 18 months of probation. Salinas-Aguilar was not charged.

What's next: Garcia-Hernandez was sentenced to 18 months of formal probation and fined $500, according to Jeff MacLean, Washington county deputy district attorney. Garcia-Hernandez is also under an immigration hold and will be transported to Tacoma, Wash. for deportation, MacLean said.

Rosales-Fimbres' trial is scheduled for July 28, and Ortiz-Valdez is still wanted.
