NEWARK — Agents arrested 363 illegal immigrants in New Jersey during the first two months of the year, officials said Monday.

Of those arrested, 48 had criminal records, according to U.S.
    Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Fugitives will remain in custody until they are deported, while the
agency will seek to deport the others.

The immigrants are from 26 different countries, including Mexico,
Ecuador, Malaysia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Egypt, Brazil, India, Slovenia,
Costa Rica, Indonesia, Albania and Honduras.

The arrests were the latest in a national effort called Operation Return
    to Sender.

It's amazing isn't it? Almost everytime they arrest illegals in a bunch like this they find criminal records among them. That should be enough motivation to keep raiding!

I totally agree with the raiding. What I see wrong with this picture is that they are immediately deporting some while holding others. I strongly feel that they will continue these raids while they firm up the NAU/amnesty plans so that they can come to the American people and tell us they have gotten rid of the criminal element and that the rest of them should be allowed amnesty because they really are just "hard working people". For all we know those without documented criminal activity may be released back into the population or even if deported they will return since our borders remain wide open.

These raids IMHO are the equivalent of a magicians box with a false bottom.

So glad to see the raids starting to come to Jersey! They could net thousands in Hudson County alone!!! And I'd place bets at least 3/4 would have criminal records. Hell if Asia is missing half of its population it could be found in Fort Lee.

Get ready for the protests...! I live in NYC and the pro-illegal sentiment up here in the tri-state is simply horrifying.
Just because you're used to something doesn't make it right.
