GOP CONSERVATIVES SUPPORT FIGHT TO STOP NJ FROM GIVING ILLEGAL ALIENS PRIVILEGES By horatio
WAYNE NJ, March 30 -- New Jersey Republican Assembly candidates Anthony Rottino and Joseph Caruso say they will oppose efforts by Gov. Jon Corzine and state legislators from giving in-state college tuition rates, driver’s licenses and other privileges to illegal immigrants.
New Jersey Democrat have been trying for several years grant illegal aliens privileges that are normally reserved for legal residents of the nation. Today a special panel appointed by Gov. Jon. Corzine to deal with illegal immigrant issues released report recommending giving illegals in-state tuition at New Jersey colleges and universities.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying every illegal alien that comes here has a criminal record from elsewhere. However, I am saying that in a lot of cases we have no way of knowing what these people have done in their country prior to coming here because they're living under assumed names with fake documents (or they have no documents at all). What these politicians need to do is travel throughout NJ educating the public about the harm illegal immigration does to citizens and legal residents. Talk about how much is taken away from citizens and legal residents and given to illegal aliens (especially their anchor babies).
The general public does not know the true cost of illegal immigration, as the msm does not report on it.
If you were to ask a parent of future college bound children if it's ok that an illegal alien gets money and a spot in college at the expense of their own kids, I think we all know the answer to that.
Instead the msm never brings that question up, it's all about the "poor" kids who did no wrong, brought over as children by their parents - for a "better" life.
