Illegal immigrant working in Tucumcari allegedly admitted having sex with girl over past three years.
Gerardo Alcala Quinonez, 25, is being held on a $250,000 cash-only bond following his arrest Thursday for allegedly molesting a now-9-year-old girl over the past three years, the Quay County Sun reported.

The illegal immigrant from Mexico who has been working in Tucumcari also is facing an immigration hold and possible deportation, police told the Sun.

"Quinonez will face the charges here in the U.S. and face possible deportation afterwards," Tucumcari Police Detective Kim Crockett told the Sun.

Crockett told the paper she had received a call from Tucumcari Elementary School on a report of possible child abuse and when she interviewed the child, the 9-year-old gave specific details about being molested over the past three years and identified Quinonez as the suspect, the paper reported.

Quinonez was contacted and came into the police station Thursday afternoon to be questioned with the help of a translator, according to the Sun.

Crockett said that during the course of the questioning Quinonez admitted to each of the incidents described by the child, the Sun said.

Quinonez is awaiting arraignment on one count of first-degree criminal sexual penetration of a child and two counts of second-degree child rape, the paper reported.

An illegal Mexican national, working in Tucumcari, was charged and arrested on Thursday on sexual molestation charges of a nine-year-old girl, police said.

Gerado Alcala Quinonez, 25, was charged with criminal sexual penetration of a minor, a first degree felony. He also was charged with two charges of criminal sexual penetration of a minor, a second degree felony, said Kim Crockett, Tucumcari Police Detective.

Crockett said that Quinonez was arrested and taken to the Quay Detention Center. He is currently being held on a $250,000 cash only bond and an Immigration and Naturalization Service hold.

"We contacted the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service after we arrested Quinonez and they placed a hold on him," Crockett said. "Quinonez will face the charges here in the U.S. and face possible deportation afterwards."

Crockett said that she responded to a call from the Tucumcari Elementary School on a report of possible child abuse.

She met with a nine-year-old female who gave specific details about being molested over the course of three years, Crockett said.
"The child identified Quinonez as the suspect," Crockett said.

Quinonez was contacted and came into the police department at 4:30 p.m. Thursday to be interviewed and questioned with officer Lorenzo Emillio serving as a translator, Crockett said

Crockett said during the course of the interview Quinonez admitted to each of the incidents described by the child.

"I am very saddened by the fact another child has been victimized," said Police Chief Roger Hatcher in a press release. "I am very pleased with the work of the officers involved in bringing this case to a close so rapidly, an insuring the safety of this child."

On Friday, Quinonez had not been arraigned. An official with the Quay County Magistrate’s office said the office is lcoating a translator so that an arraignment could be scheduled.http://www.qcsunonline.com/news/molesta ... ional.html

And the ACLU, LaRaza, congressional reconquistas as Gutierrez, Baca, Bacerra and other open borders individuals and organizations support this garbage by claiming the prosecution and deportation of these scumbags is racist. This defies the imagination and further illustrates why our borders should be closed. Are you listening Mr Obama or does your desire for cheap labor and votes to keep your party in power mean more to you than the lost innocence of this child who now will have to bear the emotional and mental scars of abuse caused by someone with no legal right to be in this country????????
There is no freedom without the law. Remember our veterans whose sacrifices allow us to live in freedom.
