DOT responds to legal challenge of Mexico cross-border trucking plan

SAN FRANCISCO – The Department of Transportation on Monday filed its response to petitions seeking to halt the NAFTA cross-border trucking demonstration program with Mexico.
In its response, DOT basically argues that neither the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) nor the Sierra Club — lead petitioners in the consolidated actions — demonstrates “the injury in factâ€Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at https://eepurl.com/cktGTn

It is hard for me to read about renagade agencies of OUR government (DOT) doing everything in their power to do as they please instead of the wishes of those who pay their salaries.......
