No pity in order for illegal immigrant

How dare you run that sob-story about Elvira Arellano and on your front page no less!

Whatever happened to her? Quite frankly, who cares?

She was here illegally, she was deported once and snuck back in, dropped an anchor baby and figured she'd avoid deportation.

Surprise -- our laws were finally enforced and she was deported.

Are we really supposed to feel sorry for her? Are we supposed to feel guilty because our laws were finally enforced?

She was not an immigrant as she likes to describe herself -- she was an illegal alien. There's a big difference and one that your paper would do well to recognize.
