Three men suspected in 16 Mexican homicides

TIJUANA: Three men arrested after a confrontation with Tijuana municipal police are suspected of taking part in at least 16 homicides linked to organized crime this year, authorities said. Among the victims were 10 municipal police officers and a man discovered hanging from a bridge.
