The group’s most recent, regularly updated ratings have Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Rick Santorum with “A”s, the best rating of all 14 candidates.

Donald Trump is a close third with an “A-“.

Has anyone figured out why Rick Santorum isn't getting any traction?
