{Super Sob} Undocumented Immigrants Share Their Stories

    Undocumented Immigrants Share Their Stories
    By Michelle Macias

A man living in the U.S. since he was 10 worked under the impression he was a U.S. citizen. He was arrested and found out he was actually living in this country illegally. He was deported.

Four other undocumented families could also be deported, even though their children are U.S. citizens. These parents are pleading to federal officials to let them remain in this country.

Unfortunately for Brian Cadena, there is no hope. Even though he was only 10 years old when he illegally crossed the border with his mom, there is no law that protects him from deportation. And the mothers of U.S. Citizen children are faced with the tough decision to move their very ill children back to their country where they may not survive.

Cadena says he was full of mixed emotions the day he found out he wasn't a citizen of the United States. He never had problems with the law until he got arrested for the first time. He was put behind bars for domestic violence. But his charges were dismissed for insufficient evidence. But, instead of being freed, he was then detained by federal officials because of his immigration status.

well, the men who are over to fight for our COUNTRY, they are takin away from there families.
They have nothing to complain about they dont like it go home, I say.

WHAWHA, I hear these stories and its like they are forgetting the soldiers of the USA are fighting a war, away from there families, getting shot at, enough of them have already been killed in action, they will be away from there families forever. These people want to complain, go to war for this COUNTRY, if you want to stay, and you need to get your butt, on the front lines.

Sad stories indeed...but with all of the surgeries these children have had how much has it cost us? Such complicated conditions MUST be unbelievably costly.

    YOU

These ladies aren't asking for anything special. They believe their children have the rights like any other U.S. citizen to be treated in their country. All these women want is for the federal government to allow them to remain with their children in the United States as they grow older with these difficult challenges.

YOU should have thought about having illegal kids before YOU MADE THEM!!!!!!

These mothers are frustrated with the U.S. government. They feel powerless at this point.

Guess what! I'm a woman frustrated with MY government and I also feel powerless. While I always have sympathy for a sick child, there are AMERICAN children also suffer with severe illnesses and disabilities with no sympathy for their pain. The only difference is that children of illegals get their medical care for free while the parents of citizen children pay the bills and declare backruptcy in order to get treatment for their kids.

It really angers me when the IA's use their children as sheilds. You would think the countries of their origin have no health care at all when in fact health care in many countries is either free or very cheap, maybe these sponges should move to Canada and get free everything for a year plus free health care for the rest of their lives.

This is why we need chain deportation instead of chain immigration. That should shut up the people that dont think we should split familys up. Make harboring an illegal a deportable offence.
