I get so mad every time I see that these people have been in custody before. DEPORT THEM THE FIRST TIME!!!!!


MORNING UPDATE -- Illegal immigrant charged with DWI

GLENS FALLS -- An illegal immigrant from Brazil who is wanted for assault in Connecticut was arrested on a drunken driving charge early Friday, police said.

Julio Bispo, 32, who has been living at 99 Warren St., was arrested at 1:54 a.m. when Glens Falls Police Sgt. John Winchell spotted a car he was driving veer out of its lane in Centennial Circle, police said,

Bispo's blood-alcohol content was found to be 0.10 percent, above the 0.08 percent threshold for DWI, said Glens Falls Police Sgt. Keith Knoop. He was charged with misdemeanor DWI, and police also determined he was in the country illegally, having been deported once, Knoop said.

There is also an arrest warrant for him charging him with assault in Connecticut, Knoop said.

Bispo could not tell police what he was doing in the Glens Falls area.

Bispo was sent to Warren County Jail pending immigration proceedings.

Glens Falls is located in the Hudson Valley, about 1 hour South of Saratoga Springs and smack dab in the middle of NY State horse Country!

Bet you dollars to doughnuts this guy was working on a farm tucked away in the country side. Also bet he wouldn't admit this because it could lead to other illegals working!
