    Oh, I still KNOW it is rude. Now, however, I can understand what they are saying. I've had a few moments when they tried to talk about me, thinking I didn't understand. Then, I would speak to them in Spanish. They just stare. What I got over was the prejudice I felt towards them.

    would require English as a requirement to register are taking away a citizen's right to vote.
    Funny....I thought you had to be a citizen to vote and I also thought that you had to speak English in order to become a citizen. It follows that you don't need any ballots in ANY language except English. To do otherwise would be to admit that the citizenship process was a fraud. Apparently that's exactly what they have done!
