Las Vegas, NV (AHN)- A Nicaraguan man, who is also an illegal alien and member of the infamous Mara Salvatrucha 13 (MS-13) street gang, was arrested along with another illegal alien from Mexico, on January 18, 2007 at Creech Air Force Base. Both men claimed to employees of the masonry company this is constructing avionics buildings at the base.

An ICE statement from Washington reported that the MS-13 gang, based out of El Salvador, is "the most dangerous gang in the U. S." Newsweek, which also referred to the MS-13 gang as "the most dangerous gang in the U. S.," also stated that it is the most violent and fastest growing street gang, having approximately 10,000 members throughout 33 states.

The Nicaraguan has also been linked to smuggling illegal aliens into the country and will be deported from the United States.

MS 13 is known for carrying machetes and hacking to death
those whom they wish to eliminate or as a way to send a threat
to others in the local areas of their operations.
