You’re invited to write a short 100 words or less note to US News and World Report on their ridiculous story on February 7, 2008 that showed the world hunger will be cured by growing more potatoes. They erroneously state that the world will grow by 100 million in two decades. In fact, it grows by 77 million every year! It’s another stupid obfuscation by a powerful news magazine that lulls Americans to sleep as to our overpopulation crisis. Bill Ryerson of www.populationmedia.org sent this to me with a request to write US News and set them straight. Please take a few minutes and add your voice to the debate. The letter I sent is below. Send this to all your friends so they too, can write a letter.
