OKLAHOMA CITY – As requested by a national organization of immigration lawyers, the Obama administration has postponed for 60 days a new regulation changing the types of documents acceptable for employment eligibility verification.

Oklahoma City immigration attorney Doug Stump said Monday that the postponement until April 3 provides for a period of review and comment.Under the new I-9 regulation, which was scheduled to take effect this week, employers could no longer accept expired documents to verify employment authorization, among other changes.

“Now would be an opportunity for U.S. businesses to further educate the Obama administration about their concerns with the I-9 compliance program,â€

What a bunch of horse hockey....more excuses to bring in more cheap labor for their corporate masters especially for this bs stimulus which WILL be a taxpayer subsidized illegal alien jobs and benefits giveaway. Mr Obama is a backstabbing two-faced despiser of American workers and an open borders cheap labor supporter who ran on a pledge to put Americans back to work by ensuring employers don't hire illegal aliens through e-verify and prosecution. He delayed e-verify for federal contractors after meeting with CEO's. Since any stimulus created jobs will be federally funded there will be no requirement for federal contractors to verify social security numbers and citizenship status which proves this stimulus crap sandwich IS a taxpayer subsidized Ponzi Scheme to perpetuate the cheap labor and open borders agenda. Napolitano opposes border security, ALL federal immigration and hiring laws and with Obama now is showing her true colors. Obama has proven he does not give a horse's butt about suffering and struggling Americans and will bankrupt this country and destroy what remains of the middle class to provide cheap labor for his corporate, Chamber of Commerce and Mexican government masters. This is more payback to another of the many open borders special interest lobbies (which Obama campaigned against) that provided millions to Obama and Democraps and helped return these scoundrels to office and put one in the Oval office. The only ones who will benefit from this CRAP WILL be illegal aliens and corporate America while the American people once again are the losers..........................
