    Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will huddle with Mexican leaders and tour border facilities in California and Texas as both countries seek a strategy to crack down on arms smuggling, officials said Tuesday.

    Napolitano and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will also attend an arms trafficking conference in Cuernavaca, south of Mexico City, on Thursday.

    Integrating security systems at ports of entry “will help us better detect whether arms are being taken illegally into Mexico,â€
