Immigration Officer To Screen Jail Prisoners

(San Diego, CA) -- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials say they will put an agent at the San Diego County Jail, in the near future, to ensure that criminals who should be deported, don't end up on the streets again. Officials say the program should be ready in about 30 days and that they want to expand the program to other jails in the county.<
