The spotlight is once again on illegal immigration in Tulsa. A woman, facing charges after leaving the scene of an injury-accident and driving without a license, is believed to be in our country illegally. And there’s the case of a 17-year-old, also here illegally, found non-delinquent [the term used in juvenile court, rather than not guilty] after he was accused of punching a 16-year-old and charged with manslaughter when the victim died. FOX 23’s Kaci Christian has been looking into this. Kaci, will they be deported?
“It’s not an easy answer: each case is in the hands of a federal judge.
