    Immigration gun bill advances in Oklahoma Senate

    OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- Undocumented residents who own firearms would be guilty of a felony under a measure passed by a Senate subcommittee this week.
    The bill, House Bill 3341, would make it unlawful for undocumented residents to possess “any pistol, imitation or homemade pistol, altered air or toy pistol, machine gun, sawed-off shotgun or rifle, or any other dangerous or deadly firearm.â€

    I dont understand.

    It is already a felony for an illegal immigrant to possess a firearm. Why is OK making that a law so they can enforce it because the feds won't?
