    Rancho Penasquitos, CA: Immigrant Protest

    Immigrant Protest

    Video at the link.

Saturday, October 20, 2007 - There was a migrant worker demonstration this morning in Rancho Penasquitos. Many are protesting hiring illegal immigrants as laborers.

Helen Drysdale of Keep America Free believes that illegal immigrants should go back to Mexico and take the legal steps to become an American citizen.

    Penasquitos, CA Immagrant Protest

I am sick and tired of Illegal Immigrants protesting on the streets of America. I for one do not think that they have a right to march in protest in the streets of this country. In fact how is it that they have any rights at all seeing that they are here ILLEGALLY? THEY HAVE MORE RIGHTS THAN WE THE LEGAL CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY DO. WE WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS ON THE STREETS OF MEXICO. IT JUST AMAZES ME JUST HOW MANY RIGHTS THEY HAVE SEEING THAT THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. FELONS OF THIS COUNTRY ARE TREATED LIKE S--- IN THIS COUNTRY AND THEY COME HERE VIA SNEAKING INTO THE COUNTRY AND, THEY GET THE RED CARPET TREATMENT.

Think you're misunderstanding the story, Lady, this wasn't immigrants protesting, it was a protest against illegals (in pc terms they use immigrants as we well know) and a peaceful one too.
Please view the video and it's clear what happened.

I agree, but i think in this article even legal migrant workers don't want illegal workers here either. It is true illegal aliens should have no rights here, that is why I don't understand the ACLU. I am also tired of people crying racial profiling. HELLO, if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck it probably is a duck. In some areas, it is mostly hispanics that are illegal. So it just seems like racial profiling. I wonder why the Asian caucus, the Somalia caucus etc aren't yelling. It is the hispanic racist groups that are doing all of the screaming. All of this multiculturist groups are what is tearing our country apart. We need English and a common committment to America as a glue to hold us together. It seems that the hispanic community are only interested in hispanic problems not American problems. I know this country isn't perfect, however, if they make America another Mexico, where are people going to go to get and keep and better life.

The guy in the clip thinks this is a Federal Issue. It's not a border issue or a Federal issue. It has been an issue for all of my life and I'm mad as heck about it!

We used to have law enforcement enforce the immigration laws. I'm thinking that it got to hard for the local governments to cover the cost. The Federal Government would only pay about 10 cents on the dollar like they do for the money the invaders bilk from the hospitals.

I don't see the need for any special permission unless it is to NOT enforce the nations laws.

We have around a million men and women in law enforcement that have sworn an oath of office. We need to get out of their way and let them due their duty!

    TITLE 8 > CHAPTER 12 > SUBCHAPTER II > Part VIII > ยง 1324

    Snip...

    (c) Authority to arrest
No officer or person shall have authority to make any arrests for a violation of any provision of this section except officers and employees of the Service designated by the Attorney General, either individually or as a member of a class, and all other officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws.

and all other officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws.
