    SO YOUR CHILD IS GRAVELY SICK AND HAS BEEN FOR 10 DAYS. WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT? SAVING THE CHILDS LIFE?.....OR YOUR IMMIGRATION STATUS? PLUS THEY COULD ALWAYS GET SOMEONE WHO IS HERE LEGALLY TO TAKE THE CHILD TO THE ER.

    apparently the status was more important than the health of a child, and
    if this happened in july as the other post said, the law wasnt even in effect
