    This court is WRONG! If you want to do business in Oklahoma, you are going to do it by their rules. If the SCOTUS steps in, they are also WRONG!!!!

    This is probably the only time I will ever say this but the 9th Circuit was wright about the AZ law.

    Where in the Constitution does it say "business groups" have a freaking say in anything?

    The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday upheld much of an injunction against Oklahoma's anti-illegal immigrant law, ruling that business groups had legal standing to challenge it.
    So business groups have the right to challenge a law that says it's illegal to knowingly hire an illegal invader - aliens who are here illegally and also prohibited by law from working in this country.

    What am I missing here?
