One arrested in reign of terror may be illegal alien

The Tampa Tribune today reports the arrests of three Hispanic men (one a 13 year old) for a "Reign of terror" in the Tampa area, where they have attacked, raped and beaten a woman and her co-worker. One has been charged with 11 counts of sexual battery, four counts of armed kidnapping, two counts of armed home invasion, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of armed robbery and grand theft of a vehicle. The youngest of the three was charged with eight counts of sexual battery, two of armed kidnapping, two of armed robbery, grand theft of a motor vehicle and armed carjacking with a firearm, he also has outstanding warrants on marijuana possession and battery, his previous booking information is not available because he is only 13!. The list goes on and on, the paper mentions (at the end of the article) that ICE is investigating their immigration status but a local TV station questioned their legal status.

This type of crime should never happen because these violent people should be stopped at the BORDER!

People who ignore the law to get here and break it on a regular basis to stay here should automatically be turned away for admission to the U.S.
Nonfeasance of office, the refusal to do that which should be done. Officials do not enforce the law, grounds for dismissal and prosecution for refusing to do what they were hired to do!

    Law suits are needed....

The crime victims must not only sue the perpetrators they must go after the local, state and federal politicians as well as the employer and even the church or anyone that assisted and/or encouraged and/or made it possible for the illegal to be here and commit the crime. I think that if every crime victim of illegals followed the aforementioned strategy....our politicians and others assisting illegals might get fined and/or jail time and embarrassed...and "we the people" might actually get through to the disconnected and/or greed and corrupt driven powers-that-be.....

10s of thousands of Americans have been victims of illegal aliens crimes since 9/11. You'd think we could organize ourselves to bring a class action law suit against the federal, state and local authorities.

    Why isn't this being done?

I also want them charged with a hate crime if the victim is white or non-latino as they call it! It will enhance the penalities which would have been the case if the victim were latina and the perpetrators were white...

I AGREE NoBUENO! They should be charged with a "hate crime" if the victim is white or non-hispanic. It seems to work just fine for everybody else.

Who let these animals in? 13yr olds committing such crimes had to be bought up that way. "The apple doesnt fall far from the tree". Do your job ICE and get the rest of the illegal family members.

Why won't our government obey our own laws much less enforce them?
