To make matters worse, illegals with phony documents can look better to prospective employers than will Americans with an arrest which does not even lead to prosecution, let alone conviction.
If we needed another reason to abandon the delusional War on Drugs, this is it.

Absolutely. I agree with you 110%. Illegal aliens running the drugs in and hauling the money out get hired up before the jobs are even posted for Americans, yet Americans who got caught smoking a joint and arrested for it, will be black-balled by most employers. It's a major civil rights issue for American workers, and an obstacle to their inherent right to work in their nation of citizenship that they need to organize against and remove.
