Ongoing Border Chaos: Texas DPS Engages in High-Speed Chase of Illegal Alien Smuggler Recklessly Driving Through Traffic (VIDEO)

On-going border chaos. President Trump has promised to seal the border on day one when he takes office. With numerous illegals already in the country, the problems are far from over.

Texas DPS released footage on Thursday from the previous week showing a high-speed chase of an illegal alien smuggler dangerously going through traffic, including driving on the wrong side of the road.

The chase took place in Val Verde County on the US-277. The illegal alien smuggler, Jose Rigoberto Perez Calderon, was from El Salvador and was driving a Honda Civic. During the pursuit, Calderon was eventually driving on the wrong side of the highway, narrowly missing a head-on collision with a semi-truck.

He eventually stopped the vehicle and took off on foot with the four other illegal aliens in the car. Calderon was eventually found hiding in the brush and was arrested for human smuggling. The four illegals, who were from Mexico and Honduras, were also arrested by the DPS.

Texas has been the shining standard in the last four years of resisting the Biden/Harris border chaos. They have fought courageously to protect their border even in the midst of hostility from the federal government.

Operation Lone Star was successfully launched by Republican Governor Greg Abbott in 2021 to protect Texas from the unconstitutional invasion taking place. The Texas National Guard and Texas DPS have been hard at work to detect illegal crossings and have also arrested illegals that are currently inside Texas. Their work also included slowing and stopping the flow of illegal drugs like fentanyl from coming into the US.

Protecting the border from invasion is the responsibility of the United States Government. The Constitution gives them the authority under Article IV, Section 4.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution.

The Biden/Harris regime is doing everything they can to sabotage President Trump’s commitment to close the border. In the final stretch, the regime is attempting to let as many illegals as they can into the United States to cause further damage.
