Print Temp Agency Owners Enter Guilty Plea

The co-owners of an employment agency that allegedly provided illegal immigrant workers to several Baltimore-area employers have pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges.

The port of Baltimore and sportswear maker Under Armour were among the employers who hired workers from Jones Industrial Network.

That company's owners, Michael Morgan and Robert Lanahan, pleaded guilty Friday to conspiracy to harbor aliens.

They agreed to forfeit their interests in Jones Industrial Network, and each faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

They'll be sentenced early next year.

A third defendant, Daniel Jones, pleaded guilty Thursday to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful employment of aliens.
