The Act enables the United States to take over the labor and immigration system of Saipan, the largest island and capital of the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).

[b]Lawyers say that employers in Saipan are allowed to apply for U.S. work visas for immigrant workers under the new act, and that babies born in Saipan automatically be U.S. citizens. Many Chinese are moving to take advantage of the act, the World Journal reports. Immigration services in big cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Wuhan have started programs like “Labor Export to Saipanâ€

Derb: I'm afraid the Saipan immigration scam you mentioned has been going on in various forms for some time now; a couple years back, I wrote about developments up to that time in NRODT.

The Consolidated Natural Resources Act 2008, which was signed into law by President Bush in May,
CAN BUSH SIGN THIS INTO LAW WITHOUT CONGRESS? THIS IS INSANE!

NO WONDER NO ONE CARES ABOUT CHINESE IMPORTS. IT WAS PROBABLY PART OF THE TRADE DEAL.

I'll email Senator Mikulski and ask her whats going on. But she will probably send me an answer back next month saying she approves. PLEASE VOTE THE OLD WIND-BAG OUT OF OFFICE!

ITS NEVER TO LATE TO IMPEACH SICKO BUSH! SO FAR, THEY HAVE OVER A MILLION VOTES!
