Yucaipa and Upland joined a list of cities that include Los Alamitos, Orange, Newport Beach, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, and Yorba Linda (all in Orange County) and Beaumont (in Riverside County) that have taken measures against SB 54.
