OFIR Friends, Yet another person has very likely been Raped by an alleged Illegal Alien, a co-worker, who Fox 12 News reports (http://www.kptv.com/news/19451805/detail.html) was previously in Jail twice in another state and released not Deported. He then came to our Sanctuary state to steal a job and commit another horrific crime. He is now in the Clackamas County Jail with an ICE hold.

This foreign national worked at Wendy’s Restaurant at 17217 SE McLoughlin Blvd. (Exit 9 off the I-205 to Gladstone), merges onto McLoughlin Blvd/Hwy 99E) and his Employer - Phuc Nguyen ph# 503-653-2472, does NOT use E-Verify!

One reason why he doesn't? House leader Dave Hunt will not allow either of two E-Verify bills currently in the Oregon Legislature to have hearings: HB 2708 introduced by Rep. Mike Schaufler, which would require employers to verify legal status of employees through the E-Verify program, or HB 3215 introduced by Rep. Sal Esquival. E-Verify is a free and accurate program operated by DHS.

KATU News reports here - http://www.katu.com/news/local/44844812 ... eo=pop&t=a -that this Crime may have been prevented if E-Verify were required here in Oregon.
