Our Constitution is our document for our sovereign nation. With it we declare to the world that we are free from external control or autonomous or sovereign. It lists the powers and responsibilities granted to, and structure of the federal government. The unlisted powers belong to the States, and the people, from whom legitimate government gets their authority.

It is ludicrous to think that the Constitutional powers granted to government are there for the subverting, weakening, or dissolution of our national sovereignty. By logic and reason the Constitutional sovereignty of our nation can only extend to legal citizens and not to the invaders of illegal status.

The federal government only has to look in the mirror to find those laws, they wrote, that encourage and protect illegal aliens; which are contrary to the necessity for sovereign Constitutional governance. Just because a federal law exists does not mean it is Constitutional. Even the Bible speaks of those who frame mischief in law. Laws that do not allow authorities to even ask if one is illegal, and those that provide social services, welfare benefits, schooling and medical are aiding illegality, yet they are wrongly defended as being Constitutional or legal. Is it not illegal to be an illegal in this country?

As legal citizens of this country, are we not suppose to report illegal activity, regardless of where you work; especially at law enforcement, the hospital or social services? Then why are we restricted from inquiry?

The problem is not the lack of a wall, but changing the laws that caused this: those laws that provide all kinds of subsidies and protection for the illegals out of our property and paycheck tax. Our laws have to be able to deter and find illegals, regardless of how they got here. Three of the six Fort Dix terrorists were illegal aliens, and the major media has not reported that fact.

One has to be worse than dumb or an enemy to our National sovereignty to allow protective laws for illegal aliens to exist. Those laws act as an accomplice to the illegal alien problem. Elected officials that will not address those laws do not need to be re-elected, since they do not care about our pocket being pillaged, or betraying their oath to the Constitution and the people, through their arrogance, or impotence, or corrupt interest.

Any laws or treaties that subvert national sovereignty cannot be Constitutional. Even Thomas Jefferson said that if a treaty could supersede or override our Constitution – you have no Constitution. Void and invalid were Thomas Jefferson and James Madison’s positions to that which subverts or is outside the limits of the Constitution. That which is sovereign cannot be tricked or fooled by corruption in law or it is not sovereign. Only we can be tricked or fooled or disregarded.

We have weak leaders led by the nose, by the illegals, yet they want to brag like the prostitute – the illegals paid something. All that is illegal is illegal! The Constitution requires that legislation come from the (people’s) legislative branch, and not the executive branch who even had unelected race-based La Raza in on the specialized immigration bill for illegals!

Any official that supports unconstitutional activities should be impeached or removed from office. Maybe there needs to be national resignation from the corrupt political parties to show our disgust. A lot is at stake in ‘ 08 and people do not forget betrayal.
