Owner of Plainfield Driving School Gets 41 Months in Prison
for Conspiring with MVC Employees to Sell Drivers’ Licenses

NEWARK – An owner of a now-defunct driving school in Plainfield was sentenced today to 41
months in federal prison for conspiring for a decade with employees of the New Jersey Division
of Motor Vehicles to produce drivers’ licenses in exchange for cash payments, U.S. Attorney
Christopher J. Christie announced.

This guy was doing this for over a decade, charging $2000 a pop and only received a $10,000 fine! That's outrageous. Pepe is probably a millionare because of this scheme and it looks as if he will get to keep the money.

This guy is the ultimate usurper and he will only do about three years in prison and gets to keep most of his money made through illegal means.
