Thread: PA: Drunken Illegal Alien Charged with Ramming Death, Update

A couple of weeks ago in the same county, an illegal Guatemalan was caught trying to rape an 11 yr. old girl and the same newspaper refused to disclose the name of the employer...they just mentioned that the perp. worked for a "local landscaping contractor".......in this story ...there's no mention of the employer either....I'm guessing this is purposeful....don't want to embarrass the sleazy employers who bring these depraved illegal alien criminals into Bucks County.

After bar employees refused to serve him alcohol and their backs were turned on him, some fellow Hispanic patrons apparently gave him a drink, officials said.

A smattering of those patrons would later follow him out of the bar. They argued with him in the parking lot before he got into the truck, authorities said.

GREAT friends, eh? These people need to be rounded up and charged right along with the jerk who did the crime. I'll just bet the argument outside was about whether or not Jose Esteban Maldonado-Luzuriaga should indeed do what he did. And did they yell out a warning? Nope, just stood by and watched. People WE want to call friends and neighbors, right? NOT!

Bar man didn’t have a chance against F-150 that pinned him against the wall

BENSALEM, Pa. — Police said a man who was kicked out of a bar for being too intoxicated got behind the wheel of a pickup truck and drove into an employee, pinning him against a concrete wall and killing him.

Authorities slapped homicide charges against Jose Maldonado-Luzuriaga, 35, and hauled him to Bucks County Prison on $3 million bail. Police accuse Maldonado-Luzuriaga of using his 2006 Ford F-150 to kill 30-year-old William Sullo of Philadelphia.

Police said Maldonado-Luzuriaga is an illegal immigrant who lived a few blocks down the street from Salute Restaurant Bar — the Knights Road establishment where this homicide occurred about 10:20 p.m. Saturday.

Police accused the suspect of driving his 5,000-pound curb weight truck around the parking lot “several timesâ€

Bensalem police said Monday that the Bensalem-based company Green Tree Landscaping employed the illegal immigrant who allegedly used a company pickup truck to strike and kill a bartender outside a Knights Road bar on Saturday night.

But it remains unclear whether the company ever allowed Jose Esteban Maldonado-Luzuriaga to drive the Ford F-150 that killed William Sullo III of Philadelphia, Public Safety Director Fred Harran said.
