This is insane, this is what is going to take place in my country, the United States, if we don't stop this - the replacement of us by Hispanics and the de fact replacement of English by Spanish. This is an invasion!

This job posting is interesting because it has to do with an HR job, a person who will be making hiring decisions for a factory with 300 employees. Now why on earth would it be necessary to prefer Spanish speakers/writers for this job..unless it's because the targeted applicants and current employees are for the most part non-English speaking and speak only Spanish and possible of questionable immigration status.

The HR jobs that require Spanish language are a red-flag if they are jobs in staffing agencies/labor contractors/construction/hospitality/manufacturing/landscaping/agriculture and any other industry that is known for hiring illegal aliens.

This is not rocket science work. 1) Legal visas are not generally given to low-skilled people to work in factories that wrap up coins. 2) most legal people tend to also speak english and we also have our own unskilled 3) those who do not speak english, who are low-skilled and speak spanish are illegals. period. They are cheap labor and that is why this company emplys them and now needs a psanish speaker for its HR department.

I would like to know if they comply with federal requirements as far as their recruiting of staff.

Coin Wrap, Inc. website didn't mention anything about spanish speakers but it also states they have 150 employees not 300 but the additional 150 may be ILLEGALS!

Should we assume Coin Wrap is an international company who does business with Latin America in which Spanish would be necessary to communicate with those countries.

Or, perhaps Coin Wrap is actively hiring illegal invaders who do not speak English and now needs management and HR People who can also speak Spanish in order to communicate with these non-English employees.

This is another consequence of the hiring of illegal invaders. Not only do Americans lose out on the end of lower paying jobs, but we also lose the higher paying jobs because it will require managers, HR professionals (with college degrees) to also be able to speak Spanish in order to comunicate with this illegal, non-English speaking work force.

I see job postings like this in California every day!

The ability to speak and write in Spanish is preferred.
    Why? Isn't this discrimination?

That is a good reason why congress must pass English as the Official Language!

I figured as much as I was being somewhat cynical when I proposed the "international" explanation. In addition, most corporations like to revel in their international operations on the company web site if in fact they do exist.

The likely explanation is they are hiring cheap, illegal invader labor, who do not speak English, and now they need to hire HR and management professionals who can communicate with this cheap source of labor.
