    The teens from Shenendoah, Schuylkill County involved in the beating death of an illegal mexican immigrant, could be in more trouble.


    Governor Ed Rendell is recommending the Department of Justice pursue civil rights charges in the case.

    Although two teens were acquitted of homicide charges and others pleaded guilty to lesser counts.

    Governor Rendell believes evidence exists that the victims had his civil rights voilated.
