Illegal immigrant indicted by federal prosecutors

An illegal immigrant living in Souderton who was arrested by the Montgomery County narcotics officers for possessing drugs and a loaded gun has been indicted by federal prosecutors for having the illegal firearm and returning to the United States after being deported.

Alfredo Gasca-Chavez, 28, was arrested May 16 by the DA’s Drug Task Force and Narcotics Enforcement Team and Souderton police along with his 22-year-old brother, Omar Gasca-Chavez and Luis Alonso Ramos, a.k.a. “Neftali Ramos,â€
