    PA: Indian national child predator caught in sting

    Question #1: Why wasn't ICE called...he's a foreign national and even if here legally on a student visa or other immigrant visa, ...if he's convicted he's deportable. ;

    INDIANA, Pa. -- Pennsylvania’s Attorney General announced on Monday the arrest of a man in Indiana County accused of using the Internet to sexually proposition what he thought was a child.

    Mithun Sudhaker, 25, of India, who police said was attending college in Indiana, Pa., used an Internet chat room in December to approach what he thought was a 13-year-old girl, Attorney General Tom Corbett said. An undercover Child Predator Unit agent was posing as the girl.

    According to the criminal complaint, Sudhaker quizzed the undercover agent about her sexual experience and asked if she was interested in learning about sex, sending her sexually graphic videos.

    One has to wonder how he is present in the U.S.
    Wonder what he was 'studying' in college--article says he is 25 so it must be an advanced degree.
