CLEMSON — Jim Knight, a spokesman for the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, admits illegal immigration is “a very emotional topic.â€

And on July 1st 2009 I hope to have a fund started to get a few billboards up around my state advertising that fact and that our laws will be enforced. And a telephone number to report companies suspected of illegality.

I cant understand why it takes almost a whole year for a law to come into effect.
