LA JOLLA, Calif. - Authorities said they were called to Black's Beach in La Jolla after a panga boat washed up ashore Monday morning with several people aboard.
Lifeguards in the area reported the incident at about 7:30 a.m.
10News has learned that several people who were onboard have been placed in custody.
Border Patrol agents are also conducting a search of the beach area.

This is happening far too frequently. Now we not only need border security but ocean security as well. As long as they know they can get jobs they will keep coming.
