Pastor Admits To Helping Foreigners Get Fraudulent Student Visas

SANTA ANA (AP) — A Southern California pastor has pleaded guilty to helping foreigners fraudulently obtain student visas on a campus where they did not attend class.

Samuel Chai Cho Oh pleaded guilty to 10 counts of visa fraud and two counts of money laundering under a deal with federal prosecutors.
