SANTA MONICA, California — Former Mexican President Vicente Fox said Wednesday that no one really knows how many illegal aliens are inside the United States.

“Nobody knows if it’s 11 million, if it’s eight million or if it’s 12 million and thats’ a problem not knowing how many people you have undocumented in the United States,” Fox stated in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News.

Conventional numbers range between 11 and 12 million illegal aliens, but some experts have estimated that the actual number of illegals inside the United States could be as high as 20 million.

Rather than using that uncertainty as a reason to build a border wall, as Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump wants to do, the confusion around illegal aliens should spark efforts at comprehensive immigration reform, Fox suggested.

Fox mentioned the McCain-Kennedy immigration bill from 2005, which he said he wishes Congress had acted on, arguing that every person in the U.S. would have been documented through the use of identification cards.

That would be fantastic, [knowing] if it’s 11 if it’s eight, and you will learn that they’re not criminals. You would learn that they’re working for Trump to begin with. They’re working for every family in the states and they’re bringing quality of life to your life, to your life, by working in your gardens, by
cutting the grass, by being in the kitchen in every restaurant in the United States. They do a great contribution to this nation.

“Mayor Bloomberg said in New York, this city would collapse if the Mexicans were not here and everybody says the same,” Fox added. “They are accountable as I said before for six percent of all jobs in United States comes from Mexican imports. The contribution to the gross product of the United States is incredible.

Why should you deny this reality?”

“This is why I invite Trump to Mexico and I think I have the capacity to tell him how happy you can be when you’re a compassionate leader,” stressed Fox.

Let them work for you in Mexico, and bring quality of life to your life, and your country.

Do not detain...deport. Apply to come here legally in get in line like everybody else!

We need to find out how many illegal immigrants there in this country. We have to start asking and keeping records so that we may hunt them down and throw them out.

These signs should read...


"Why does the President of Mexico force his people and their families from their own Country"?

"Why does the President of Mexico allow for human trafficking and rape of it's own citizens"?

"Why doesn't the President of Mexico get rid of gangs and cartels destroying the communities"?

"Why doesn't the President of Mexico provide education and jobs to HIS citizens"?


You illegal criminal trespassers have it all wrong...time to throw out your "poor me" signs and go make some new ones in Mexico. Time to go back and fight for your own country and your own freedoms...not TAKE and live off the backs of US Taxpayers. You have used and abused the USA for far too long. Deport all of them and turn the ones away at the border. This has to stop now.

There's over 30 million. We'll count them again when they're deported.

I think the World Bank and the UN have a good idea of how many are here since both track the remittances.

The US government knows how many there are. 87% of them are drawing at least one form of welfare according to Center for Immigration Studies. IRS knows how many there are in households of those who file head of household tax returns. A few years ago there were over 8 million who filed tax returns. That number has grown to at least 9 million by now, so multiply that by the number in the household and based on the average EIC distribution, that's at least 3-4 so that's 27 to 32 million right there. It's a huge number, much larger than the 11 million the government is telling US.

It's a monumental problem at this point.
