Scum like this abounds in latin countries. Many men believe if they get a girl at a young enough age, she can be "trained" to be his satisfaction. This is why girls from GOOD families have duenas aka chaperones. Usually an older woman in the family whom the men fear. There is good reason to fear these women, God bless them!

Any time a grown man used to look my way, my duena used to attack first and ask questions later. By "attack", I mean any way to keep scum like this away from little girls, be it verbally, physically (usually a well placed kick or umbrella upside the head). That was when men respected women, this new breed respects no one.
