They're in this county illegally, does anyone think they're going to worry about a measly $150.00 fine???

I always thought that the BEST WAY to measure attrition thru enforcement is to get an attendance count from ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS. These are FACTS and cannot be denied. Also, let's see what the facts say about the kids' race. Betcha most of those kids who didn't come back are Hispanic.

Jean, is there some way we can get enrollment figures? Maybe just for Arizona for starters. Especially for the time period AFTER CHRISTMAS. Thanks!

It's only attrition if they leave the country....Well I guess if your in in AZ and don't care where they are going it is considered attrition from their point of view.
