These people are grown ups and they know that taking another person's identity to better their own lives is wrong. They also know that they may be discovered and they should better prepare for the situation, including their children. I am amazed that so many parents continue to leave their children here. They may believe that their lives will be better if they leave them or that the children will sponsor them and other illegal alien family members if deported, and then they will still receive free benefits through them.
But lots of people have difficult times, are poor and still recognize that in tact loving families are the best for everyone. This ease of large numbers of illegal aliens letting go of their children is something that I personally do not understand.
Psalm 91Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

They know the game
Even if these illegals speak no English, they know the game very well. They know they're going to be deported and want to plan accordingly. So what will they do? Will they plan to respect OUR laws, leave peacefully, and try changing their country?
Well, I'm no fortune teller, but I think this quote sets the table:
The biggest legal concerns are for the children. Many workers want to give power of attorney to a neighbor or a family member who lives here legally.
How can we even consider amnesty for a group of people who places their own livelihood over that of the law? They continually break the law because "they have to feed their family". How can they claim to be any different from our incarcerated career criminals with that disposition?

These illegals know full well the spot they put their children in when they break the laws to come here. They should also be charged with endangering a minor. An American who goes to prison for crimes committed finds themselves in a pickle trying to get custody of their children once they get out. Why should it be any different for the illegals.
