Police: Aspen man imprisoned woman
He's also charged with unlawful sexual conduct

ASPEN — An Aspen man was arrested MonÂ*day morning on charges of false imprisonment and attempted unlawÂ*ful sexual conduct against a woman who was visiting town.

The alleged victim was visiting a male friend at an Aspen apartment complex. The two had been out drinkÂ*ing Saturday, said Aspen Police AssisÂ*tant Chief Linda Consuegra. Early SunÂ*day, the woman said she was going out and left her friend’s apartment, though police could not determine why.

A few minutes later the male friend became concerned and went looking for the woman, only to hear cries of “No, No!â€
