"The undocumented immigrants were transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement and will likely be deported. "

Lets hope Customs gets it right this time.

Something just now hit me. Does anyone else wonder?
Police say the immigrants were from Mexico, Guatemala and Ecuador. They each paid $4,000 to $6,000 to the smugglers to come into the country illegally.
We know that their income in Mex is very, very low. What do they make per year? $6000 or so?

HOW ARE THEY ABLE TO AFFORD THESE PRICES {in the free market of smuggling}??
Could it possibly be that SOMEONE is giving them the money to invade??? Could it possibly be that the Mex gov't is fronting them this money somehow?

BB.......you have no idea how dead serious I am right now. This smells and I'm smacking myself because I didn't see it before!

This could have unbelievable repercussions if it were true and we could prove it! I'm sensing something going on underneath the typical problems. Something that we've not noticed before because of SMOKE SCREENS.

I'm telling you, you and I couldn't afford to do this as many times as some of them do it. Here, deported, here, deported........back and forth and back and forth!

Someone IS FRONTING THE MONEY FOR THEM It's simply not possible for these poor people to be able to afford it.

Or could it be that MANY of them, carry a backpack full of dope? That is VERY VERY common.

HUSKER, I know it's common and it would answer SOME of the question.
However, I really believe there's too many moving back and forth that are getting picked up {not w/ drugs that we know of} and are right back here again and again. We're talking thousands of people.

Something SMELLS!! Someone's fronting the dinero to these POOR PEOPLE.

I think you really hit this on the nose! How could a poor Mexican afford the prices that human traffickers want? There is no way. Of course, money is being wired back to the families there in Mexico. But still?????

Magoo, it doesn't add up. I feel it's much deeper than that. We're talking major bucks here per person. Much of the money sent back keeps those families afloat during the year. Remember, we're talking large families that have next to nothing.

Is there some secret Mex. funding program to help out these people?
