    Police sanctuaries endanger communities part 1

    Most Americans abhor the thought of racial profiling; however, are these suspected killers American citizens or are they terrorists attacking Americans? That is a question Montgomery County, and all of the must mul carefully in the coming days.


    Greater Washington-area residents should have a special concern when it comes to crime and illegal immigration. The murderer of Chandra Levy is allegedly an undocumented alien who had committed two more attacks in Rock Creek Park before attacking the intern.

    Many will remember Levy was a congressional intern murdered in the summer of 2001 while jogging. Two similar attacks—that failed—were reported to police that spring and summer. Police arrested and charged Ingmar Guandique—an illegal alien and repeat violent felon—for the other attacks. He was released on a personal promise to return for sentencing.

    March 3, officials charged Guandique with Levy’s murder. They found him in prison in California where a judge had sentenced him to 10 years for other crimes related to criminal spree in D.C.

    On May 7, 2001, six days after Levy disappeared, Guandique was arrested by the D.C. Police after he burglarized a woman's apartment near Rock Creek Park. He was released by a judge after a hearing on the burglary arrest. In the weeks that followed, he attacked two women in Rock Creek Park in separate attacks. Guandique was convicted on charges related to those attacks.

    Had D.C. not had a sanctuary city policy in place and if Guandique been held by D.C. police after the burglary, he would have been unable to attack two women in Rock Creek Park May 1, 2001, Human Events, concluded in 2002.

    In another example, a handful of recent homicides allegedly committed by illegal Latino immigrants have Montgomery County citizens alarmed and law enforcement authorities considering undefined “stricter guidelinesâ€

    Certain etchnic groups have a particular hair and eye color.

    The challenge is that most illegals come from Mexico and they usually do not have blond hair and blue eyes.
