POLL: Voters are Blaming the Biden Regime for the Crisis at the Border

American voters largely believe that there is a crisis taking place at America’s southern border. In addition, they’re blaming President Joe Biden’s policies for generating this crisis.

According to a Rasmussen poll, 69% of likely US voters believe the present situation with migrants at the US-Mexico border is in a state of crisis. This marks a sizable increase from May 2021, when that number stood at 66%.

Only 19% don’t believe there is a crisis situation at the border, while an additional 12% are unsure. 30% of voters gave Biden good or excellent marks for the way he has handled immigration issues. 51% gave Biden a poor grade on immigration.

83% of Republicans, 57% of Democrats, and 68% of independent voters agree that there is currently a crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border. 57% of Democrats gave Biden good or excellent ratings for the way he has tackled immigration issues. Only 11% of Republicans and 21% of independent voters share similar views . The majority of Republicans (78%) and independent voters (54%) gave Biden a poor rating on immigration, while only 22% of Democrats did so.

76% of Republicans, 48% of independent voters and 27% of Democrats indicated that they strongly agree there is a crisis at the southern border “because the Biden Administration has refused to enforce immigration laws and finish the border wall.”

26% of whites, 48% of black voters and 36% of non-white minorities gave Biden good or excellent ratings for his management of issues connected to immigration. White voters (54%) are more likely than black voters (34%) or other non-white minorities (46%) to Strongly Agree there is a crisis at the border “because the Biden Administration has refused to enforce immigration laws and finish the border wall.”
