Obama and McCain need to learn to speak words that American taxpayers can relate to. I truly can not understand why American citizens are disregarded in favor of illegal, spanish speaking , job stealing, Identity thieves.

I hope Obama keeps on talking and pandering, digging himself in deeper and deeper.

Doesn't Obama know that in America we speak english? What kind of candidate is he? He cares more about the hispanic vote than the will of the American people. He should go run for office in Mexico. What a jerk.

We already have businesses and corporations discriminating against American citizens because they do not speak spanish! Thanks to comments like this from obama, they can continue to do do with his blessing!

This guy is a jerk! Tomorrow he will come out and say he was misunderstood and offer an explanation as to what he really meant! For someone with his education and apparent intellect, it surpsirse me this guy has so many problems expressing himself!

He's a globalist!! He's not interested in keeping America united. Our common language English has always kept us unified. He should get a job at the united nations and not America.

SPRINGFIELD, Va., July 9, 2008 /PRNewswire-USNewswire via COMTEX/ -- English First Executive Director Jim Boulet, Jr., today called upon Senator Barack Obama to reconsider his anti-English statements.

Senator Obama has voted against official English four times in 2006 and 2007 and earned an "F" rating for English First in 2006.

"Senator Obama, there are plenty of languages spoken in America. What makes Spanish so special, instead of, say, Chinese or Arabic," said Jim Boulet, Jr., Executive Director of English First.
