Trump also said that he'll be repealing NAFTA and sending the notice letter/document terminating NAFTA to Congress on Friday. There's then a 90 day waiting period for some reason, maybe that can be waived or abbreviated, so the new bi-lateral agreement can go into effect sooner. I hope so!
