Priests will march on May 1st in Chicago.

    TRANSLATED FROM:

Chicago, 22 of April.- Priests of 30 religious denominations of Chicago decided to register in the march on May 1st for the rights of all the minorities and not only for the undocumented.

In an encounter that ment to organize the participation of their parish, they defined 14 points, among them are the end of racial hatred and a moratorium to the payment of mortgages.

Father Marco Cardenas, member of the Catholic Campaign for the Immigration Reform, and parson of the church San Basil, said that this march will have a different focus.

"The focus is not only immigration reform, but to ask for peace and justice for minorities", exposed in an interview to the initiators of the immigrant marches in this city.

Other claims that will carry the churches to the march are: justice for workers, the indiscriminate sale of weapons, cessation to the War in Iraq and the return of the troops, and a frontal fight against drugs.

They're kidding right? "Minorities" (translate: illegal aliens) should not have to pay their mortgages now?

I'd love to hear the reasoning behind that.............

So they can scream discrimination after they are foreclosed on.

It's just like the walkouts and boycotts, they did it to themselves. 2 years ago, they didn't show up for work and got fired, then screamed discrimination.
